The play is set in the farmhouse-cum-B&B owned by Jane and Phil. Needing the necessary accreditation to function as a B&B, they are dreading the arrival of an inspector. Matters get considerably worse when Phil reveals that the inspector is his ex-wife Fliss, who has brought along her new boyfriend Lawrence, and worse still when the first two guests arrive unexpectedly. Will Jane and Phil pass the inspection? Will Ron the farmhand ever have a wash? And can Lawrence really have been a Chippendale? Some or all of these questions will be answered in this lively comedy!
